Fruit bread

Ingredients:

1400g HP flour
20g yeast
2 tsp salt
200g sugar
2 eggs
70g milk
800g water
400g sultana
140g butter

Method:

1. Use speed 1 to mix flour, yeast, salt and little water.

2. Use speed 2 to add in more water.

3. Pic, add butter, speed 1 again

4. add in dried sultana in dough.

5. take out, shape and rest for 10 min.
