Sweet Bun

Ingredients
2 kg HP flour
160g sugar
20g salt
4 eggs
30g yeast
500-600 water
160g margarine

Method:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast using gear 1.

2. Add in lightly beaten eggs.

3. Add in water.

4. Add in bread sponge.
